Alphonse J. Stanzione, 89, of Williamsport, passed away on, Sunday June 5, 2022.

Al was born in Williamsport on Jan. 18, 1933, a son of James C. and Josephine (Martone) Stanzione.

He was an active member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish and had volunteered at many of their activities, in addition to volunteering at church he also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity. Al had retired from Textron Lycoming.

Al's wife of 38 years, the former Mary C. Trapani Molino, died July 30, 2014.

Surviving are his sister, Ann McGill; nephew, Mike (Diane) Stanzione; niece, Bernadette (Denny) Deitrick; great nephews, Matthew and Michael Stanzione; special nieces, Jo Marie Latini and Gina Latini; daughter, Pat (Les) Kulp; sons, Dennis Molino and David (Missy) Molino; grandchildren, Lisa Ranck, Tina Collins, Lara Molino, Shawn Kulp, Jenna McKenzie, Travis Molino and Destiny Dangle; ten great grandchildren and a special friend, Terry Whipple.

In additional to his parents and wife; siblings, Catherine Latini, Joseph Stanzione, Louis Stanzione, Mary Stanzione and Phyllis Stanzione, all preceded him in death.

The family will receive family and friends in the church portico on Friday, from 9 to 10 am.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday, June 10, 2022 at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 702 W. 4 ^th St., Williamsport with his pastor, Rev. David W. Bechtel officiating. Burial will follow at Wildwood Cemetery.
