Beverly W. Caldwell, 91, of Loyalsock Township, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Monday, Feb. 11, 2019. Beverly was born in Williamsport on Aug. 16, 1927, and was the daughter of the late John Donald Wool, Sr. and Evelyn Payne Wool.

Beverly married Paul E. Caldwell Jr. on Feb. 19, 1949, and shared 54 years of marriage until his death in 2003. She was a member of St. Ann Roman Catholic Church, a graduate of Williamsport High School class of 1945, a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Bald Eagle Art League and American Bridge League.

She was a doting mother and grandmother who enjoyed oil painting, reading, crossword puzzles, golf, bridge, traveling and flower arranging.

Beverly is survived by two sons, Dr. Paul E. (Connie) Caldwell III of Cazenovia, N.Y.; Robert A. Caldwell of Williamsport; three daughters, Anne L. Caldwell of Phoenix; Terri L. Caldwell of Lancaster; Beth E. (Frank) McKelvey of South Williamsport; and five grandchildren, Evan, Brenna, Kaylee, Evelyn and Elliott.

She was predeceased by a brother, John Donald Wool Jr., and a sister, Dona Anderson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Beverly's Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 18, at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church, 1220 Northway Road, Williamsport, with Fr. John Victoria officiating. Entombment will follow in the Praying Hands Garden Mausoleum, Wildwood Cemetery.
