Britt A. Banks, 55, of Williamsport, passed away on April 4, 2025 at UPMC Susquehanna after a courageous battle with numerous health issues, she was surrounded by her loved ones when she passed.

Born on November 27, 1969, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of Carol Banks and Robert Leckey.

Britt dedicated her life to caring for others, spending most of her career as a home health aide. She also earned an Associate's degree in the health field, furthering her commitment to helping those in need.

She found joy in life's simple pleasures—watching crime shows, sipping cherry Pepsi, and scratching off lottery tickets—but nothing brought her more happiness than spending time with her family, especially FaceTiming with her beloved granddaughter.

Surviving are her children; Maura A. Rose (Alyssa Patznick-Rose) of Columbus, OH, Frank A. Rose Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO; granddaughter Quinn Rose; siblings, Madelyn Dixon of Burlington Twp., NJ, Dawn and Allison Banks, both of Williamsport, Ivy and Reggie Leckey, both of Avis and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, a sister, Marilyn "Sissy" Banks, preceded her in death.

At Britt's request there will be no visitation or funeral, a Celebration of her Life will be held in the summer of 2025.
