Charles J. Haas, 77 of Williamsport, passed at home on November 13, 2025.

He was born in Williamsport on Sept. 25, 1948, son of Elizabeth C. (Bernardi) Moore.

He worked at the State Store in Williamsport for many years.

Charles is survived by aunt Ann Day; as well as many cousins.

In addition to his mother Elizabeth, Charles was preceded in death by step-father Alfred "Peanut" Moore.
