God welcomed our beloved brother, Christopher "Chris" Berrigan, 57, into His Heavenly Kingdom where he will find eternal rest in the arms of his parents, the late Paul L. and Pauline F. (Stoppa) Berrigan.  Chris was born on March 7, 1962 in Williamsport, Pa and passed away at Rose View Center, Williamsport on November 3, 2019.

Chris lived most of his life in Williamsport where he was a long time employee at Hope Enterprises, with over 30 years of continued service.  His hard work and dedication was recognized in 2006 when he was named Employee of the Year.  An honor he was very proud of.

Chris is survived by his brothers; Paul, Jr. (Nancy) and Steve (Andrea), sisters; Barbara Gallagher, Dianne (Ed) Zukusky, Karen Missigman, Celeste Eck and Rebecca Sees, 19 nieces and nephews, and 25 great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to his parents, Chris was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Anthony Gallagher.

Chris will be missed and fondly remembered by those he met, especially his close friends; Darrel, Scott and Steve with whom he shared a house for many years. There wasn't a friend or acquaintance of his that didn't express their love and caring of him.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 702 West Fourth St., Williamsport, 10 a.m. Friday, September 18, 2020 with Rev. Brian Van Fossen officiating.

Burial in Wildwood Cemetery, next to his parents, will be at the convenience of the family.
