Debra L. Shaffer, 67, born August 5, 1958, passed away on June 26, 2026, leaving behind a loving family and many cherished memories.

Debra is survived by her devoted husband, Guy M. Shaffer, whom she married on June 9, 1979. She is also survived by her daughters, Valerie R. Kieffer and her husband, Matthew Kieffer, and Sarah E. Crust and her husband, David Crust.

She was a proud grandmother to Abigail Nichols, Ashley Nichols, Joshua Nichols, Owen Crust, Aspen Crust, and Amiyah Crust, and a great-grandmother to Nathan Snyder and so many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Henry Fisher and Nellie Bertha Fisher, and her older brother, Thomas L. Fisher.

Debra was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who treasured time spent with her family. She enjoyed going out to yard sales with her husband, creating LEGO flowers, working on diamond paintings, fishing with the family, and playing bingo on her tablet.

Debra earned her bachelor's degree in accounting and was a graduate of South Williamsport High School.

She will be remembered for her love of family, her warm presence, and the joy she found in the simple moments shared with those she loved.

A viewing to honor Deb will be held on Friday July 3, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with a small service with Pastor Ryan Schildroth officiating at Crouse Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc. located at 133 East Third St. Williamsport Pa, 17701.

After the Services there will be food served at the Antes Fort Fire Company, located at 231 Front St Antes Fort Pa 17740.
