Doris H. Plotts, 93, passed away at the Williamsport Home on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018.

She was born in Jersey Shore, the daughter of Barbara (Hines) and Coryell Hill.

Her husband Richard C. Plotts preceded her in death on Jan. 27, 2010.

Doris was a 1942 graduate of Williamsport Area High School and graduated from Lycoming College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She had been a licensed insurance agent at Lawrence D. Willison Insurance Agency, office manager at Brozman's , and a staff account at Commonwealth Bank.

Doris enjoyed tennis and had been a member of the Williamsport Tennis Club, serving as its treasurer for many years, and the West Branch Tennis Club. She served as a past secretary of the Williamsport Bridge House. She was a member of the ACBL and past secretary of Unit 217. She was a Silver Life Master.

In keeping with her wishes there will be no services

Burial in Wildwood Cemetery will be at a later date.
