Obituary

Emily A. Mazurek, 92, passed away at Williamsport South Nursing Center on Oct. 2, 2021.
Emily was born on Nov. 26, 1928, a daughter of Thomas and Winifred Carroll.
She had been a member of St. Ann Roman Catholic Church, a homemaker, she enjoyed playing bingo, word search puzzles and was an avid Notre Dame football fan.
Her husband of 46 years, Harold A. Mazurek passed away June 27, 1996.
Surviving are her daughter, Patricia A. Young and her children, Jeffrey A. (Marcy) DiMichele and their children; great-granddaughter, Raegan DiMichele and step-great-granddaughter, Ryan Main, granddaughter, Deanna (Eric) Seto and their children; great-grandchildren, Ryan and Natalie Seto; son, Thomas M. Mazurek of Newberry; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Emily was preceded in death by her eight siblings.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church, 1220 Northway Rd., Williamsport, PA 17701, burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Montoursville.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorial contributions in Emily's name be made to St. Ann Roman Catholic Church.
