Jane E. Kuzio, 89, of Williamsport, passed away on Friday, Nov. 16, 2018, at AristaCare at Loyalsock, where she was a resident. She was born in Williamsport on May 31, 1929, the daughter of Theodore McKinney and Ray (stepfather) and Helen Mausteller. After graduating from Williamsport High School in 1947, she wed John T. Kuzio, with whom she spent 57 years of marriage, until his death in 2004.

Jane was known for her easy smile, sunny disposition, and accepting attitude. While most of her life was spent lovingly tending home, children and grandchildren, she was employed by Stroehmann Bakery for some years. Jane was an avid reader and enthusiastic amateur interior decorator.

She will be missed by her three children: Michael (Sarah) Kuzio of Cypress, Texas; Lynda Thaler, of Williamsport; and Denise (Jeffrey) Ohnmeiss, of Williamsport. She is survived by seven grandchildren: Rachel, Matthew, Curry, Georgia, Christina, Claudia, and Richele; eight great-grandchildren: Braxton, Brightyn, Ryker, Elise, Coen, Ralston, Crossley and Zelda; two more great-grandchildren on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents; her husband; her sister, Joanne Ratley; and a son-in-law, Michael Thaler.

Jane was a member of St. Boniface Church. A private graveside service at Resurrection Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family. Crouse Funeral Home & Cremation Services is handling the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the James V. Brown Library, 19 E. 4th St., Williamsport.
