Montgomery - Jayneen Ann (Frank) Winder, 74, of Montgomery passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at The Gatehouse in Williamsport.

Born August 26, 1950 in Williamsport, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth J. Frank Sr, and Norma Jean (Hardin) Campion. She and her husband, the late Richard E. Winder, would have celebrated 24 years of marriage on August 13.

Jayneen retired from Glenn O. Hawbaker as a flagger. She enjoyed playing and entertaining her grandchildren and spending time with her family.

Surviving are three sons: Gary (Denise) Markle of Muncy, Troy (Kelly) Markle of Montgomery and Calvin (Brenda) Markle of Montgomery, one step son and two step daughters, 9 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren, three sisters: Nedra (Gary) Stimely of McVeytown, Jean (Wayne) Pauling of Montgomery, Melissa (Michael) Andrews of McVeytown, one brother: Durward (Janice) Frank of Williamsport, Step father: Daniel (Judy) Campion of South Williamsport.

In addition to her parents, Jayneen was preceded in death by a sister: Kennetta (Frank) Deem, a brother: Kenneth Frank Jr, a grandson: Brandon Markle and a step great granddaughter Ellah Watcher of Steubenville, OH.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
