Kelly Marie Connors, AKA Mom, MeMaw, Sissy, GiGi, Best Friend, Mermaid, Cool Chic, CoWorker, Sister of Christ, Beautiful Daughter, amazing Nurse, Funnest Aunt, Happiest Traveler & One Heck of a Rolling Stone received her final journey back home with Our Lord & Savior this past Fathers Day June 16th 2024 at age 55.

Kellys Life began in Williamsport, Pennsylvania on June 27th 1968. Born with the most beautiful complexion and the deepest dark shiny brown eyes. This bundle of joy expressed the silly baby gal giggles and her contagious smile to be shared for miles, this growing little girl grew fond of the dance and singing. Joyfully, Kelly enjoyed the exploring and began dreaming.

Her adventures took place very young with her older sibling Kim Kohler and little Sis Kristie Kinley (Chad) being the middle child Kelly's character was very playful, dreamy, charming and satisfying. Those little girl giggles turned into curiosity & concern within this beautiful force of Nature for the Love of Freedom to explore freely was absolutely abundant.

Kelly was evolving into this louder, carefree passionate smarty pants. Passionate for Life Itself. Kelly's wild and free personality fit perfectly among many. Young and fearless, able to fully adapt to any environment and find pure happiness to create a fantastic memorable moment in it all.

Kelly's greatest moment of time is about to take priority, no longer a little girls dream Kelly was becoming the proudest young nurturing Mother of Miss Leia Fitzsimmons, born on August 24th 1987. Having this beautiful curious brown eyed baby girl excepting and taking every responsibility of this amazing gracious gift. Kellys cup runneth over with trust and faith of this amazing chapter she has with great joy and proudly lived.

Kelly indulged into this glorious role of Motherhood and went forth into Nursing School. Bartending her way through College, her smile was so beautifully shining, her mind was focused and bright. Long lived nights blended with hard studies, the friendships and laughter for her patrons, a growing baby and challenging tests, she was exceptionally focused.

One more of the dreams this once upon a time little girl had desired was becoming true. For 30 years Kelly endeared her passion in Gerontological Nursing. Choosing the elderly over the young. Her connection proudly representing the old fashion way & hard work earned the respect and comforting connections of the earned pats on the backs with the unforgettable smiles and long lasting warm hugs. Nursing was something Kelly proudly deserved to hold her head high for she truly put her compassion & heart into her work and touch thousands of lives with her loving heart and brilliant mind.

Kellys characters was caring and very touching. You did not escape her presence without a good good wrap around. Taught by her Mother (deceased Patricia Ann "PattyCake" Bungo Aungst) & Father (deceased William "Billy Boy" Howard Aungst) "One does not enter the room without the warm greeting of a welcoming hug. One gives one to get one back." Love was always instilled in this beautiful woman. Kelly generously shared herself with all of her friends and fell deep in love with them all. "Love you forever, Forever & Ever" "Friends for Life and long after that"

Experiencing a few great relationships of her Lifetime with no regrets whatsoever. Kelly believed to let the lives of individuals be as they are and love them for who they are as time very well spent together.

The desire and passion for a long love affair was well lived. The love for one another will never be forgotten.

Kelly joyfully also fell deep in love with her precious animals, co workers, dear family and her freedom to live the way she wanted to live.

Kelly loved Rock & Roll as much as Joan Jett, and lived Life like Joe Walsh's Rocky Mountain Way.

Life with great Music, Beautiful Blues, Huge Festivals, Rocking Concerts & Charismatic People.

Life was very Real & Lived.

Kelly enjoyed to travel, Road trips for sure but never giving up the front seat lol. She loved venturing with her Nieces & Nephew Julia, Nash & Alec. A lifetime of memories she gave to these kids no matter where they hung their hat. Kelly adored them and they welcomed her throughout every stage of their lives to share hers with their additional families.

Such courageous times they shared together. Forever loving their crazy Aunt Kelly. Kels other favorites enjoyed was socializing, entertaining, and had a passion for home cooking, yet drinks and desserts were always served first and in abundance disguised as the best appetizers.

Most of all Kelly loved a good ole fashion get together for truly no reason at all but to Celebrate…

Anything But Basic & Simple for Its five o'clock somewhere. Fashionably on time for a Celebration, Kelly Style, Living for the 80's. She celebrated for each and everyone of us. There was always a reason, perhaps too many or none that specific moment at all. Always she said "To Live, Love and Celebrate" Her outlook on celebrating Life itself, truly a unique gift most adored. Kellys adventures were fulfilling.You either had to hang on, keep up, let go or simply roll with it.

Truly expect severe Belly hurting laughter. Journeys were worth leaving your serious side unpacked. Kellys hard work of endless hearts she healed and families lives she impacted deserved a raise of the glass for good times today. As we all learn Tomorrow is never promised.

Triumphs of Nursing lead her voyages onto State College, The Colorado Rockies and down to The Gulf of Mexico. Hanging her heart, and testing her wings Kelly spread her friendships with strong adventurous beings & Beautiful Floridian Mermaids. Her affectionate attitude was a gift of Light. Kelly had a strong forgiving nature of herself, committed and real, unfiltered and blessed. How lucky are we..

Our beloved Kelly was now described as a beautiful woman who is at war with a herd of Brain Tumors. Diagnosed and fighting Lung Cancer. Two tough years of her mind taken back of this situation, her outlook partially speechless to the Why's, the When's, the What for's. This journey was not meant for her to be alone, many friends jumped at the privilege to help, grateful yet unsure, thankful yet angry of the situation, faithful yet scared perhaps of the unfortunate, humble yet petrified. Emotions unworthy of respect ruled her toughest time throughout.

Loneliness tried to take over our fragile Warrior and sadness impacted her Life of Celebrations.

Temporarily only of course. Kelly had an abundance of supporters, prayer warriors and very deep loved ones who gave the space she needed of her own self worth but could never have forgotten her. Kellys pride existed and heard with every order given, with full contentment & no filter necessary, her darkest days were behind her and her acceptance was humbling. Kelly had put her faith in Jesus, her worries in the hands of loved ones, stubborn as she was she still had the last say and that was truly the focus and well respected.

During this courageous time in her Life, her newest & greatest character was about to unfold with perfect timing, Kelly became a GiGi, excited yet unsure how to except this miraculous role, her emotions were processing, Kellys will was determined to meet this beautiful baby boy, Talon. Kellys little T-Bird. Talon became Kellys light and focus. This babies powerful existence grew the hidden strength within her and she with proud honors accepted this greatest gift to carry on. Kellys voyages continued to embrace her daughter Leia Marie (JD Garrick) and this very incredible happy baby any chance she could.

You might of seen Kelbel voyaging throughout the town, still carefully determined to drive her jeep, visit, or grab a bite to eat,. Our little speedy turtle Kelbel was not giving up her independence. Comforting to have the greatest family to return home to. Kelly was welcomed each returning mission by her extended family for Life. Renee Hinds, Ryan Miller, Adline Hinds and Breanna Miller. Years of family ties with these beautiful people, Kelly proudly was their Mom and MeMaw for many many Moons. Renee and Ryan respectively earned the name given My Sisters Keepers….We forever are grateful for them and the many many beautiful people in her Life today, Yesterday and who have gone before.

The Love of many, The Love for one another is truly what matters the most in Life for all of Us.

Kel had passed with an abundance amount of love, visitors of Lifetime friends shared their blessings and prayers and these past few weeks of her Life here on Earth was very well worth.

Kellys incredible Life with all of us well be well remembered.

There are no Formal Services. Kelly preplanned her Cremation and wishes were given and will take place.
