Linda L. Waltz, 76, passed at The Gatehouse on Dec. 14, 2024 after a courageous battle with breast cancer.

She was born in Williamsport on April 17, 1948, a daughter to the late Richard & Margaret (McCoy) Brooke.

Linda was a 1966 graduate of Williamsport Area High School and later retired from Keystone Veneer as the head of their Human Resources Department.

Linda is survived by her children, Kevin Waltz of Duboistown PA, Brooke Wright (William) of Trout Run PA, Kristen Waltz of Detroit MI; and her grandchild Zoey Hagemeyer of Trout Run PA and a sister Cathy Bower of Duboistown PA. She was preceded in death by a brother Richard Brooke.

Linda enjoyed gardening in her backyard and spending time with her dogs Samson & Sammy and family. She loved her son's salmon chowder also loved watching the food shows.  Her sister was there every day with her thru this battle until she took her last breathe.  We are so thankful she was there with her at the end.

No funeral services will be held, Linda's last request was to have her ashes spread in the ocean.
