Mary Ellen Bennett (Silvagni) has taken the hand of our Lord Jesus Christ and is finally at peace, called to his eternal home on August 2nd, 2024. Born on January 21, 1941, she was a faithful servant of God throughout her life.

Mary Ellen graduated from Montoursville High School in 1959. She loved being around people and always offered a helping hand. In her free time, she enjoyed catching a bingo game, knitting, and crocheting, finding joy in these simple pleasures and the fellowship of others.

She is survived by her loving family: one son, one daughter, six, grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, with another blessing on the way. Her faith and love will continue to guide and inspire them.

Arrangements are being lovingly handled by her family, with the comfort of knowing she rests in the arms of the Savior.
