Norman E. Bailey, 63, formerly of Williamsport and Jersey shore, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2020, at Manor Care Health Services in Jersey Shore, with his family at his side, after years of overcoming numerous health issues.

Norman was born in Williamsport on March 27, 1957, a son of Thomas E. and Lucille J. Federowicz Bailey.

Norman was a 1975 graduate of Williamsport High School, and had been employed by Kriner Disposal Service, Stroehmann Bakeries, General Cable and Domino Pizza. An outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting.

Surviving are his sister, Cynthia A. Mayer (Charles) of Cogan Station; brothers, Thomas E. Bailey II (Linda Dudek) of Jersey Shore, and Joseph M. Bailey of Williamsport; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to his parents, a great-nephew, Jeffrey David Hunsberger, and great-niece, Bailey Ella Rist, preceded him in death.

A  graveside service will be held Saturday, June 27, 2020, 11:00 a.m.  at Wildwood Cemetery with Msgr. Stephen D. McGough officiating, we will be gathering the procession across from the cemetery office along Wildwood Blvd. In following CDC guidelines a mask is recommended as is social distancing.

The family will provide the flowers and respectfully suggests that memorial contributions in Norman's name may be made to a charity of your choice.
