Phyllis M. Stanzione, 93, of Williamsport, passed away at home on Jan. 1, 2020.

She was born in Williamsport on June 14, 1926, a daughter of James C. and Josephine (Martone) Stanzione.

Phyllis was a member of St. Ann Roman Catholic Church. She had been a secretary in accounting, first at Stroehmann's Bakery, then at the former Vidmar. She also worked at Bethlehem Steel and retired from nuclear medicine at Divine Providence Hospital. Phyllis was a 1944 graduate of Williamsport High School and was a member of the Bowler's Hall of Fame.

Surviving are a sister, Anna J. McGill, of South Williamsport; brother, Alphonse J. Stanzione, of Williamsport; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, brothers, Louis and Joseph Stanzione, and sisters, Mary Stanzione, and Catherine Latini, all preceded her in death.
There will be a private family visitation at Crouse Funeral Home & Cremation Services.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., on Monday, Jan. 6, at St. Ann Roman Catholic Church, 1220 Northway Road, Williamsport, with her pastor, Rev. John J. Victoria, officiating, followed by burial at Wildwood Cemetery.
