Shirley W. Ferreri, 92, formerly of the 900 block of Sheridan St., Williamsport, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020 in Perry Hall Md., surrounded by her loving family.

Shirley was born in Williamsport on Oct. 16, 1927 the daughter of Carl Wease and Thelma Royer.

She was a graduate Maryland General Hospital's School of Nursing in Baltimore, Md, she retired as Director of Nursing at the former Lysock View, now Valley View Nursing Center. She had been a long-time member of Faxon-Kenmar United Methodist Church. Shirley had been an avid reader, enjoyed golfing and volunteering her time at the Community Arts Center.

Surviving are her daughter Kimberly A. Hale and her husband Ronald with whom Shirley had lived in Perry Hall, Md.

In addition to her parents an infant son, Jeffrey Michael Ferreri had preceded her in death.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 Friday, February 28, 2020, at Crouse Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 133 E. 3 ^rd St., Williamsport. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday. Burial will be at Twin Hills Memorial Park following the service.
