Shirley A. Rader, 84, of Muncy, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020 at UPMC Susquehanna with her family at her side.

She was born in Montgomery on Nov. 30, 1935 a daughter of Boyd H. Smith and Hazel K. (Stelene) Bower.

Shirley and her husband Raymond M. Rader Sr. were married on May 24, 1954, they celebrated their 58 ^th wedding anniversary before he died on Jan. 10, 2013.

Surviving are a son Raymond M. Rader Jr. and his wife Deborah of Muncy; two grandchildren Michael (Nichole) Rader and Matthew Rader; five great grandchildren; a sister Edith L. (James) Coleman of Williamsport; brother Boyd H. (Peggy) Smith of Roscommon, MI and a son-in-law Kurt McElwee of Muncy.

In addition to her husband and parents, her daughter Sharon McElwee and sister Beverly J. Maneval, preceded her in death.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2020, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at Crouse Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 133 E. 3 ^rd St., Williamsport.

A graveside service will follow at Twin Hills Memorial Park in Muncy.
