Stephen R. Maggs, 74, of Williamsport, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at The Gatehouse. Born December 22, 1944 in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Melvin E. Maggs, Sr. and Edythe F. (Lutz) Maggs.

Stephen's passions in life was fishing, a cold beer and a challenge on the dart board. Spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren who would listen to his stories to the very end. He will be missed by many.

Surviving, are four sons; John R. Maggs, Brion S. (Annette) Maggs, Chris S. (Beth) Maggs, Chad M. Maggs all of Williamsport, a brother Melvin E. (Judith)Maggs, Jr. of South Williamsport, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Stephen was preceded in death by a brother David G. Maggs on June 25, 2006.

Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
