Thomas W. "Tom" Harlan, 62, of Lock Haven, passed at UPMC Williamsport surrounded by family on September 2, 2025.

He was born in Williamsport on February 2, 1963, a son to Harold Harlan Jr. of Alabama and Barbara (Rossman) Harlan Eck of Williamsport.

He worked as a mechanic and enjoyed his radio-controlled cars and listening to music.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by children; Amanda Harlan of Clearfield, Zachary Harlan of Montoursville, Aaron Harlan of Richfield; grandchildren, Abura Harlan, Kyeer, Luca, Nico and Abriello Harlan; brothers, Brion (Sheri) Harlan of Montoursville, Tony (Jodi) Harlan of Montoursville; Girlfriend Shirley Butler and her daughter, Lana Hanley; sisters, Samantha Eck of WV, Jeanna Hill of AL, Tina (Roy) Karstetter of AL, as well as Pam (Dean) Fulger of Lock Haven, Mato (Taylor) Pugh of AL, Wanbliwi (Quinten) Faughnam of Williamsport; his beloved dog Chip; lifelong friend Steve Meyer; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Tom was preceded in death by his step-father, Leo H. Eck.
